Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into mini tart pans or muffin cups.
- Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Gently fold in sliced bananas into the pudding mixture.
- Spoon the banana-pudding mixture generously into each prepared crust.
- Top with whipped topping and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
