Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in soy sauce and brown sugar for about 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Pour in any remaining marinade; bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce; add chopped green onions.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
