- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook the chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add the remaining marinade to the pan, bring to a gentle boil, and simmer for 3 minutes until thickened.
- Serve with garnishes and enjoy!
