- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into nugget-sized pieces.
- Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and mix panko with garlic and onion powders in a third.
- Dip each piece of chicken first into flour, then into egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry nuggets until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Drain on paper towels, season with salt, and serve warm with dipping sauces.
