- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- Soft tortillas (flour or corn)
- Toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, lettuce, guacamole
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Add pico de gallo and vegetable broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Shred the chicken in the pot and mix with juices.
- Warm tortillas and fill with shredded chicken and desired toppings.
