Instructions
- Slice the beef flank steak against the grain into thin strips for optimal tenderness.
- Sauté minced garlic and ginger in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add sliced beef and broccoli florets to the crockpot. Pour soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and beef broth over them.
- Mix cornstarch with cold water until smooth; stir into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender.
- Stir well before serving over rice or noodles.
