- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by mincing garlic and laying chicken on a cutting board.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear each chicken breast for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- In the crock pot, mix together heavy cream, soy sauce, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the seared chicken to the mixture and coat thoroughly.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until tender.
- Before serving, stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and add spinach if desired.
- Serve with rice or pasta to enjoy the delicious sauce.
