Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the chicken until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side).
- In a bowl, mix ranch dressing mix, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Transfer seared chicken to the baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for five minutes before serving.
