- 1 small jalapeño, chopped (optional for heat)
Instructions
- Rinse the cilantro under cold water and pat dry. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- In a blender or food processor, combine cilantro, garlic, sour cream, lime juice, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the sauce and add salt and pepper as desired. For a spicy kick, add chopped jalapeño.
- Adjust the consistency by adding a splash of water or extra lime juice if needed.
- Serve immediately with grilled meats or as a dip for vegetables.
