Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

- In a bowl, combine soy sauce and brown sugar until dissolved; pour over chicken and veggies.
- Simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve over cooked rice; drizzle with extra sauce if desired.
