  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap and pound to about 1 inch thick.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and the last with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
