Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let it rest.
- Chop fresh romaine into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce with creamy Caesar dressing and toss well.
- Slice the rested chicken and place it on top of the dressed lettuce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and croutons before serving.
