Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sear chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the chicken.
- Layer fresh mozzarella slices generously on top of each breast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
