Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on the baking sheet, cut-side up.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over both halves of the bread.
- Evenly top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
