- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 3 cups medium shell pasta
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked pasta, chopped vegetables, mushroom soup, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
