Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp coated in Cajun seasoning and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink.
- Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss cooked pasta into the skillet with shrimp and sauce until well combined.
- Serve immediately, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
