Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter until combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined; do not overmix.
- Fold in fresh blueberries carefully.
- Spoon batter into muffin tins, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
