  • 2 cups fresh blackberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix until fluffy.
  4. Fold in sour cream and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently mix in half of the fresh blackberries.
  5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust, spreading evenly, and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and cool inside for an hour.
