- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix until fluffy.
- Fold in sour cream and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently mix in half of the fresh blackberries.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust, spreading evenly, and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and cool inside for an hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
