- Cream Cheese
- Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- Whipped Topping
- Fresh or Frozen Berries (Strawberries or Blueberries)
- Graham Cracker Crumbs
- Butter

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy. Gently fold in whipped topping until blended.
- In a separate bowl, lightly mash berries with powdered sugar. Spoon dollops of the berry mixture into the cheesecake batter and swirl gently with a knife or skewer without overmixing.
- Pour the cheesecake mix over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are set. Cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours. Cut into squares and enjoy!
