Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Whipped Topping
  • Fresh or Frozen Berries (Strawberries or Blueberries)
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Butter
  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy. Gently fold in whipped topping until blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, lightly mash berries with powdered sugar. Spoon dollops of the berry mixture into the cheesecake batter and swirl gently with a knife or skewer without overmixing.
