Instructions
- Finely chop the onions and garlic to prepare your ingredients.

- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until the onions are translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown (around 5 minutes).
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer before stirring in the sour cream until smooth.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles, ensuring each noodle is coated in the creamy sauce.
