  • Sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in cumin, chili powder, and half of the red sauce; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave for easy rolling.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining red sauce over enchiladas and top with extra cheese.
