Instructions

- Season generously with salt and pepper; add sliced onions and minced garlic on top.
- Pour BBQ sauce over chicken, ensuring it’s well covered but not submerged.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred chicken with two forks directly in the pot, mixing it with the sauce before serving.
