Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup whipped topping (frozen or homemade)
- 1 box (11 oz) Nilla wafers
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Slice the ripe bananas into thin rounds.
- In another bowl, fold half of the thickened pudding mix into the whipped topping until smooth.
- In a trifle dish or glass bowl, layer Nilla wafers at the bottom, followed by banana slices and half of the whipped topping mixture.
- Repeat the layers with more Nilla wafers, remaining bananas, and top with the rest of the whipped topping mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
