Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets in the dish; drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub to coat.
- Top with chopped dill or parsley.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
