Instructions
- In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of sago pearls and stir occasionally until they turn translucent and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drain the cooked sago in a fine mesh strainer under cold running water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, coconut milk, and sugar. Stir until well blended.
- Gently fold in the drained sago pearls until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into serving bowls or jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, garnish with additional mango pieces or toasted coconut.
