Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper if desired.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve drizzled over grilled meats or as a dipping sauce.
