- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
Instructions
- Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter to prepare the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer crushed graham cracker mixture at the bottom of jars, followed by cheesecake filling. Repeat layers until jars are full.
- Top with fresh berries and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
