- 1 cup hot water (175°F or 80°C)
- 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
- 1–2 tsp sweetener (optional, honey or maple syrup)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together matcha powder and hot water until smooth and bubbly.
- Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming, but do not boil.
- Pour the whisked matcha into the steamed milk and stir gently to combine. Add sweetener if desired.
- Optional: Froth the latte using a frother or small whisk until light and airy.
- Serve in your favorite mug and enjoy!
