Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Dice the mangoes, finely chop the red onion, and mince the jalapeño.
- In a bowl, combine mangoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño; stir well.
- Cut tortillas into triangles and brush with melted butter.
- Mix sugar with cinnamon; sprinkle over tortilla triangles.
- Place chips on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve cinnamon chips alongside the mango salsa in a colorful bowl.
