- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins or cranberries)
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, chopped nuts, and dried fruits until evenly combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup) and nut butter until smooth. Pour this over the dry ingredients and stir until fully coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, pressing it down firmly to create an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges turn golden brown. Allow to cool completely before lifting out and cutting into bars.
