Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 5 wafer cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and roast hazelnuts for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix roasted hazelnuts with Nutella; roll into small balls (1 inch in diameter).
  3. Crush wafer cookies into fine crumbs.
  4. Melt milk and dark chocolate separately until smooth.
  5. Dip each hazelnut ball first in milk chocolate, then roll in crushed wafers, and dip again in dark chocolate.
  6. Chill on parchment paper for 30 minutes until set; dust with cocoa powder before serving.
