- 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
- 200g milk chocolate
- 100g dark chocolate
- 5 wafer cookies, crushed
- ½ cup Nutella
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and roast hazelnuts for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix roasted hazelnuts with Nutella; roll into small balls (1 inch in diameter).
- Crush wafer cookies into fine crumbs.
- Melt milk and dark chocolate separately until smooth.
- Dip each hazelnut ball first in milk chocolate, then roll in crushed wafers, and dip again in dark chocolate.
- Chill on parchment paper for 30 minutes until set; dust with cocoa powder before serving.
