Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
- Rub olive oil on chicken breasts and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Slice the grilled chicken and arrange it over the salad base.
- Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
