Instructions
- Prepare the Apples: Peel and dice the Granny Smith apples into small chunks.

- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk until smooth. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined; lumps are fine.
- Fold in Apples: Gently fold diced apples into the batter until evenly distributed.
- Heat Oil: In a deep skillet or pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry Fritters: Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown on each side (about 3 minutes). Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
