Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Core and slice apples into wedges; wash skins if leaving on.
- Mix cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl, then toss apple wedges until fully coated.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray; arrange apple wedges in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; gently fold in caramel sauce and vanilla extract.
- Serve warm apple wedges with the caramel whipped cream dipping sauce.
