Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the chicken into strips and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the sweet Thai chili sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Marinate the chicken strips for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat the marinated chicken strips in panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated strips on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with additional sweet chili sauce before serving.
