- Beef chuck roast
- Baby potatoes

Instructions
- Cut the beef chuck roast into bite-sized pieces and trim excess fat. Rinse baby potatoes under cold water.
- In a skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Transfer beef chunks to the slow cooker; add sautéed garlic, remaining butter, baby potatoes, beef broth, and fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
- Before serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs for added color.
