Instructions
- Prepare by draining the canned salmon and gathering all ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine drained salmon, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, spices, lemon juice, and eggs; mix well.
- Shape mixture into patties about 3 inches wide.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer cooked cakes to paper towels to absorb excess oil; serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
