Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup low-carb sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine almond butter and melted coconut oil in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt; stir until well combined.
- If desired, fold in optional chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes until solid.
- Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
