Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Evenly spread shredded mozzarella over the dough, followed by cooked sausage and diced bell peppers.
- Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape and pinch the ends to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and cut slits in the top for steam escape.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, then slice and serve warm.
