Scale
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat preferred)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by gathering them on your counter.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the black beans until mostly smooth but still chunky.
