- ¼ cup fresh parsley or mint, chopped
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, garlic, onion, spices, herbs, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized meatballs using wet hands to prevent sticking.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned on all sides.
- If desired, add your favorite sauce in the last few minutes of cooking for extra flavor.
- Serve hot with fresh vegetables or rice.
