- 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
- 2. Husk the corn, removing silk and outer leaves; rinse under cold water.
- 3. In a bowl, mix softened butter with chili powder, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 4. Place corn directly on grill grates; cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until slightly charred.
- 5. Remove from grill and brush with spiced butter mixture while hot.
- 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
