Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, and soy sauce. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least one hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill. Cook each side for 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Mix remaining marinade with honey and brush onto chicken halfway through grilling.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
