Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Lay tortillas flat and spoon the mixture onto each one. Fold sides in and roll tightly.
- Slice wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately on a platter.
