Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 meat-to-fat ratio)
- 4 brioche slider buns
- 4 slices American or cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise) as desired
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Shape ground beef into four equal patties, slightly larger than the buns.
- Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper.
- Grill patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
- In the last minute of grilling, place a cheese slice on each patty to melt.
- Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns and topping with lettuce, tomato, and condiments.
