Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C) or set oven to broil.
- Cut four large sheets of aluminum foil.
- Place each salmon fillet in the center of a foil sheet and drizzle with melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Arrange mixed vegetables around the salmon, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Fold the edges of the foil tightly to seal each packet.
- Grill or bake for 10-12 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
