- 8 oz sliced turkey breast
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced or balls)
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 ciabatta rolls
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and slice ciabatta rolls in half.
- Generously layer each roll half with sliced turkey.
- Place fresh mozzarella on top of the turkey, seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the mozzarella.
- Add fresh basil leaves on top.
- Assemble the sandwich with the other half of the ciabatta roll. Toast in a skillet or grill until golden brown for a crispy finish.
