- 1/4 cup honey mustard dressing
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F/75°C). Let rest before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and crumbled feta.
- Drizzle with honey mustard dressing and toss gently to coat.
- Top salad with sliced grilled chicken and serve immediately.
