- 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Husk each ear of corn and remove all silks. Rinse under cool water.
- Generously slather each ear with softened butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
- Wrap each ear tightly in aluminum foil to retain moisture.
- Place wrapped corn directly on an oven rack or baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until tender.
- Carefully unwrap and serve hot with additional butter if desired.
