- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Allow chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
